Hello Friends,

I used a formula from this site which helped me to send an Outlook e-mail via excel.(Thanks a ton for the same).I now want to add a picture in the e-mail's body such that when I click the hyperlink in excel it automatically puts the picture, which is stored on my computer, in the body section.

Formula:

=HYPERLINK("mailto:"&E4&"?subject="&Contents!$C$6&"&body="&SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(Contents!$C$7,"$",A7),"@",Contents!$C$6),CHAR(10),"%0A"),"mail-now")

Picture location: C:xyzmorningsmile.jpg

What steps am I missing?

I'm not sure you can include the picture using just a formula (which is a cool formula, btw), but using VB it might be possible. Here's the closest I was able to find:

Thanks, Luke. I went through that link while I was struggling through the formula. However, I am a beginner when it comes to VBA. Hence, I cannot use that code for now. I want to resolve this through the formula. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks again. :)
