Hi, I'm a bit of a novice user. In Excel 2007, I've created a dropdown list in D116 which indicates the type of action being performed: phone conversation, left voicemail, sent email, etc.. When the user begins to type into the cell or clicks on the dropdown arrow, I would like for the cell C116 to be date stamped In addition, I would like to have rows 116 & 117 copied and moved down so when a user opens the worksheet again, they are empty of data. I have label fields in A116 and A117 so that's why I want them copied. I tried to follow your thread about timestamping but was in way over my head.
