Time Spending

Sir,

I have an excel file which is gets updated in every day and in column K & M i have entered a formula.Every day i have to paste the formula in that column but it takes so much time.

Pls help if i can reduce the time.

After You have entered a formula and got an answer,
copy that cell and paste same cell only a value.
as same as: Those formulas could use a lot of time =>
if really no need formula later then use just results of that formulas.
