Time Calculation in Pivot

Hi Team

I have data where I have login hours of daily of emplyees.
When I use pivot to check the total login hours of all the dates, it is not showing the total hours... Please help me.

In excel time is stored as the number of days. 2:32:41 is actually .106030092592593 days. So if you want the hours you need to multiply by 24. 0.106 x 24 = 2.544.

(0.544 x 60 minutes in an hour = 32.64 minutes . . . .64 minutes x 60 seconds in a minute = well not quite should have kept more decimal places . . . but you get my drift?)

the solution you have provided me with is awesome, but, the issue I am facing is the digits after decimal does not show the exact mintues. How to achieve that this in pivot... The hours are ok now.... but how to achieve mintues... if an employee has passed only half an hour and then how we will show it.
