The equation for knowing the number of people in a room according to the type of room

Hello my Master -I want Your Helping To Find Function to know the Number Of Person In a Room according room Type ,Meaning Double Room the Result It Will be =2
and Single =1 and Triple =3 and DBL+CH(5) =3 , TRP+2CH(4, 4) = 5 , except I DON'T WANT TO Count INF for any Room .it's Meaning if i have any room + INF just calculate room only ,for example

DBL+INF = 2 not 3 The desired result is in the column B​

Or you can use this shorter:

=FIND(LEFT(A2),"SDT")+IFERROR(FIND("C",A2)-4,0)

Herein:
SDT means Single, Double and Triple
C means Child or Children.
