i want to make sheet for CREDIT & DEBIT list of companies, structure as below

all my client are in DEBIT sheet or workbook, whenever i enter xyz name in CREDIT sheet or workbook it will automatically delete from DEBIT sheet or workbook....

can anybody help to suggest formula or file

This may be too late to help, but might I suggest you rethink the workbook structure?

If you had all the clients on one sheet, you can simply enter negative amounts for debits and positive amounts for clients. This will make future analysis much easier, as you can quickly see what the current SUM is, or COUNT, or other outstanding issues. You also don't end up deleting records, which could be valuable information later.

Again, I realize you may be inheriting something, or too far along in the process to change, but it might be worth a thought.

Hi, sarvajit!

Perhaps you'd want to read the green sticky posts at this forums main page so as to know the guidelines that will lead to know how this community operates (introducing yourself, posting files, netiquette rules, and so on).

If you have read them...

http://chandoo.org/forums/topic/phd-forum-posting-rules-etiquette-pls-read-before-posting

...you should have noticed this points:

"Never title your posts as "Urgent", "Priority" "Immediate". It may be Important to you, but not for rest of the members here. These words will be moderated out."

"Consider that the world is operating 24hrs a day. A late post today may well be answered by someone else overnight."

...

So your topic's title has been edited.

Regards!
