Dear All,

Kindly look into the attached file. it contains comments which updated by a employee. Could you please help me to get following headers to separate columns.

  1. Allowed
  2. CPT Code
  3. Paid Amount
  4. Check #
  5. Co pay
  6. Deductible
  7. Coinsurance
  8. Cash Date
  9. Bulk Check Amount.

So without any specific separator between data, try to see if the lengh for each data is fixed​
then you would be able to use the Excel text to columns feature but if not, you must do by hand …​
 
For sure the employee(s) are not entering data like that in Excel. There is a source somewhere. If it is an output, then the export must be made so you'd have a delimiter or a fixed length to enforce a certain structure you can exploit. Else, it is nightmare Excel... Exactely what Marc says.
