Text to column with raw data

Hello guys,
I hope everyone is okay,
I have a problem with a salary slip which is highly messed up. I want to show this data in columns with every header. May you please help to solve this with excel/google sheets formulas?

You did it better, I appreciate it. But I want the name of any allowance as a column heading and the amount should be down to that particular column. I also messed up with this data.

I want the Allowance's Name as HEADER and the amount of that particular Allowance down to that column. It's really messed up and I also messed up with this data.
