Text to column Query [SOLVED]

The data in the sheet is un organised and i tried to use text to column and it seems it is not working. I have also shown in another tab, how the correct form will appear as. Any one in here could please point me the step by step direction to get it fixed. Appreciate it

I was expecting an Excel file not an exe file. Did you upload that correctly or did I miss something. Happy to download an XL file not happy about downloading an EXE file though.

Highlight Col A - Data - Text To Columns - Fixed Width - Finish
