Hi,


I am a telemarketing manager and wanted to know how to create a spreadsheet dashboard about each agent'/caller's performance i.e leads generated, hours spent generating those leads , hours spent on names development etc even if it's possible to add hours spent in meeting and I can get an overview of each caller's performance for specific campaign.


I really would appreciate it.
 
Any dashboard can only generate reports based on the data you put into it. You can certainly create reports based on everything you said IF you are recording information about it. Example of what this might look like:

2-Jan	Sue	Unsuccessful lead	1
3-Jan	Tom	Meeting	                2
3-Jan	Bob	Name Development	2

The 3rd column would ideally be limited to a few choices. Once you have your data, you can generate a report the fastest by creating a PivotTable. This gives you some quick flexibility and lets you easily filter/drill down on different aspects. Apart from that, if you want to create a more elaborate dashboard, possibilities are endless. I'd suggest checking out some of the dashboard templates/examples that Chandoo has posted in the blog for ideas.
 
Luke is correct (hey, there IS a first time for everything!!! hhahahahaj/k) but i do believe, if this is an option, there may be software options that will automatically track some of these details (call time, result, date, time, name, yadda yadda...) but some of these will require manual entry.
