Target hours based on date column and holiday list

hello gurus,
Can I get help in calculating target hours for each day using the date column and holiday list. In the excel spreadsheet example, I am trying to get 8 hours each day, but if it is a holiday it should be ZERO hours. If it is a Sunday or Saturday it should be ZERO hours

Maybe this simpler, non array formula also works:
[C2]= 8 * ( ( WEEKDAY( A2 , 2 ) < 6 ) * ( ISNA ( MATCH (A2 , Holiday_List , 0 ) ) ) )

=8*(LEFT(B2)<>"S")*(1-COUNTIF(Holiday_List,A2))

or,

=8*(MOD(A2,7)+1>2)*(1-COUNTIF(Holiday_List,A2))
