Tab from one cell to next available cell with a question

Only allow person to fill in shaded cells or check boxes. I want it so that when I hit tab the cursor goes to the next available highlighted cell or the next one that needs an answer. Currently you can click on and enter info in any cell in the workbook.
 
Unprotect the cells (format cell, protection, uncheck the locked field) that you want the user to go to, then protect the sheet.
