Switching between Sheets workbooks [VBA]

Hi all,


Can you please teach, what is the best way to switch between two or more worksheets in the same workbook in VBA. i am using sheets("sheet1").select to select the required sheet. Is there any other way to switch. and same query for workbooks also (mean to say, switch between two or more workbooks).
