Summarization of data based on Dates

I have an excel file..
Data has to be Summarised based on dates present in DATE column of BOOKS-AC sheet in SUMMARY Sheet.

Look at pivot at cell L11 of the SUMMARY sheet. 5 minutes work.
Why are you attaching .xls workbooks (Excel 97-2003) when it's clear from some of your formulae that you have a more recent version?

Requirements
In BOOKS-ACC Sheet
1. Based on the PAID column data amount has to be adjusted in GTB,WB,NB,STAT columns respectively.
Note : BOOKS-ACC sheet calculation is based on ABSTRACT sheet. i.e based on the class selected data is populated in BOOKS-ACC sheet.
