Sumif not blank rows

Dear All,

With reference to the attachment, may i know what is the wrong with Sumif formula at Cell “B36”. So, I did not get the sum of not only the blank rows.

Please help me?

=SUMIF(C2:C34,">0",B2:B34)

Or....

=SUMIF(C2:C34,"<>",B2:B34)
