I am trying to calculate total amount from Disbursed and Un-disbursed Amount.

Give two or three examples to make it clearer for those who intend to help

Could You write Your values like sample in right side?

Then it would be 'easier' to solve many of those sums.
After that, there are still some values which ... 'just comes somewhere'

It is possible.
You just write those unique formulas to each 'total amount' cell.
