Sum Late arrival time

i have column B where i am putting the arrival time and column C i want to display home many hours and minutes late after 9 AM to until 6 PM. and at the end calculate the all days late time and display the total hours and minutes which someone was late.
Further workbook is attached herewith.

Actual Hour and minute should come 16:20 if I am correct

But i want to show the late minutes in number format not a time format.. and total should be 16 hours and 11 minutes..

Hi ,

When the late coming values are all converted to hours and minutes , or entered in hh:mm format , the total comes to 16 hours and 20 minutes.

The late coming values are :

00:06
01:01
00:01
00:15
00:56
02:36
04:10
07:15
