Subtotals issue

Hello I have a issue regarding subtotals I hope you all could give me a hand with

How can I add information in the empty cells in the "2" tab

For example in "2" tab column B "entry port" is empty. In tab "3" the values are there either 2303 or 2304. Those values designate a location so that is why I chose not to subtotal them. How can I get those numbers in there respected cells in tab "2"

Try,

Click "3" tab >> select B2:B4627 >> hit "F5" >> click "Special" >> choose "Blanks" >> "OK" >> type "Equal Sign (=)"+ "Up Arrow" >> press Ctrl+Enter >> Finish
