Substitute 1 for correct answer and O for wrong answer

Hi friends! I need help substituting cells based on the answer key. I manually did the few tabs but there are still a lot more to substitute. I need your help for a formula to automatically update and substitute based on the correct answer. I attached the file for reference. Thank you in advance and God bless.

You can't use a formula to change a plain value in a cell.
I'm not sure what you want, but in cell C2 of the LABAS STAND ALONE sheet put this formula:
Code: 
=SUM(--(C$3:C$32='Answer Key'!$B$2:$B$31))
and copy to the right. It will tell the number of correct answers in the column below the formula.
