student allowance based on criteria

Dear sir,
This is a type of allowance for the students, 100000 is eligible for a student and an initital amount of 50000 will be paid, and the remaining will be paid only if the students pass the exam.

copy to D3

Also add this formula in C column (for getting 50% of amount)
=B2*50%
