I have seen that topic, really that presentation is very nice which shown in gif file and xls.


So here i have one issue with my sales excel file which i use to send 3 different branches on weekly bases


so how to generate same gif chart report using my sales data for 3 branches.

You can download Chandoo's workbook that he created. Once you've got that, you can see how he's created a lookup table of ninjas, and a formula sheet that calculates totals for everything.


You're best bet is to probably use this as a template, and go from there. The animation is done by having a macro change a value from 1 to 140 while the screen still updates.
