Stock traceability on FIFO(First In First Out Basis)

Hi

I am just trying to make a stock register with tracebility.Want to track the materials on first in first out basis.I have one IN sheet and 2 OUT sheets where common materials from IN sheet are used.

I have explained my queries in the attached sheet.

Please suggest the possible formulas/vba codes.

One question, what is the method or logic to split "Material in" into Material Out 01 and Material Out 02
 
Material In is the list of raw material for making a recepie & Out 1 , Out 2 are two different recepies which uses the same material so we have to split the quantity as per requirement.I just want to have a clarirty that from which Batch of Raw material recepie is made and how much quantity is left of a particular Raw material.
