Hi..

i need assistant, how to design a teplate for STOCK INVENTORY AGEING. auto calculate the ageing days.
or if any of you have the sample template so that i can use..

Hi there,
When you say "Aging", do you simply want the days between todays date and "Gate in Date" ?
If so, then try the following formula in G10 and copy down:

=TODAY()-F10

Hi Mahadir,

As Xiq informed above you can calculate no. of days from "Gate in Date" from his formula. But if you want to categorised them as "0-30 Days", "31-60 Days" and so on, you can use this formula.

Assuming Xiq formula in G10, put this formula in J10 and copy down:

=LOOKUP(G10,{0,31,61,91,121},{"0-30","31-60","61-90","91-120",">120"})

Press Enter only after this formula. Don't consider it an Array formula.

Of course you can also combine the two by doing this:

=LOOKUP(TODAY()-F10,{0,31,61,91,121},{"0-30","31-60","61-90","91-120",">120"})
