Stock Component Tracking

Hey all,

I'm just starting an electronics business but I need a tight reign on my ordering system because of the high cost of the components. I cant afford to have a lot of money invested in stock sitting on shelves at this point.
I need help creating a stock tracking spreadsheet system that will help with making my ordering more efficient. I have used fruit instead of component names in my examples.
I need a count of the components attributed to each stock item. So

Drink 1 = 1 pear + 2 apples + 1 orange + 1 pineapple

Drink 2 = 1 apples + 1 orange + 1 pear

Drink 3 = 1 strawberry + pear + 1 orange

So what I'd like is, to input how many Drink 1's are needed and the spreadsheet would breakdown how many apples, pears and oranges I'd need to complete the Drink 1's.

Then when I input how many Drink 2's are needed, the spreadsheet would calculate how many apples, pears and oranges are needed and then add that to the total already calculated from Drink 1.

When I input how many drink 3's are needed again the speadsheet would calculate how much fruit I'd need and add it to the total of each component created by Drink 1 and Drink 2.

I've been going crazy trying to do this, but I think the formula is beyond me or I am approaching the problem the wrong way. Can somebody more advanced/experienced help me out?

Thanks all

Hey chssundeep,

Thanks for the sample sheet. It looks great. I can't believe how simple you made it. I was approaching the problem from a whole different, more complicated angle.
Thank you so much for your help, you've been brilliant. Cheers:)
