Dear Sir,

Salute to your bravado to bring such a fantastic forum where one can put his problems and your assurance of extending all sorts of cooperation to get the smile on the face of persons who are in problem.

Taking inspiration from your various posts, I have tried to utilize EXCEL in maxima. But again due to lack of my logics and all, I find it difficult to solve few problem with the available database. My database contains following fields

Field Name Field Type

S No Incremental

Dept Name of the Department

File No File No assigned

Indent receipt Date of receipt

Indent Item Indent specification

Indent Value Currency

Technical CS Date

Financial CS Date

DTAC Date

Audit Clearance Date

Financial Concurrence Date

Expenditure Sanction Date

Order Placed on Date

PO No Number

PO Date Date

PO Value Currency

Payment Advice Date

Purchase Lead Time Formula

Payment Lead Time Formula

Remarks Memo

Actually I could solve few puzzles like Weekly Payment Advice and Weekly Purchase Order Issuance, but again I am helpless to have a track of files.

With my database all I want is to locate that on a specific date where the files have been sent e.g. in another sheet I want to input a date say 01.01.2013 and would love to see the details of files where they have been sent

DTAC Date

Audit Clearance Date

Financial Concurrence Date

Expenditure Sanction Date

Kindly give me a place where I can attach my database.

Looking forward to have your hearing

Hi Ashok ,

This forum has no provision to upload files or attach files to posts.

What you can do is upload your file to your favoured file-sharing website ( Rapidshare , Hotfile , Dropbox , Google Docs , SpeedyShare ,... ) , give others permission to access and download the file , and then post that access link here in this same topic.

And about your question...
