Stacked chart with variance / values overlapped

Dear experts,
I have a chart which displayed data in a bar stacked chart.

The chart is showing the variance between plan and actual. My issue is that data are overlapped and I did not succeed to remove the overlapping. It should be showing clearly without confusion. Additionally to that I would like to increase the size of the stack.

Pat, Take a look at the attached and see if that is what you are looking for. I set the actual on a secondary axis and then adjusted the Bar width to fit inside the Plan Bar. As for all the variance Bars; I eliminated them and used a custom data label attached to the actual Bar to detail the variance amount and %Variance.
