Stack Rank formula

Hello all, Happy 2014.

I need some help creating a formula to stack ranking a group of agents for a new schedule bid. There are there KPI qualifiers OPH weight 10, FA weight 40 and IB 40. What formula can I use to rank them all.

Thanks

Hi, Yitzhackm!
There's no problem with the weight concept for each KPI, but what's the value of OPH 6.5, of FA 16% and of IB 37%? Are they relative units for the weight, minimum levels, maximum levels, what?
Provide the manual calculation (detailed for 1st rep Anel).
Regards!

SirJB7, the value that is displayed on the file is the goal that needed to be met. i never had to do stack ranking so i used the percentage to goal and tried to rank everyone like that. as simple as it seems i don't even know where to start

Hi Yitzhack ,

Can you explain using an example how the individual figures in columns B through H should be used along with the weights to get an overall score ?

Secondly , the weightages do not add up to 100 ; is this OK ? Or will some other factor be added later on ?

Hi, Yitzhackm!

AFAIK weighted calculations use this kinda arithmetic:
x(i)=(y(i)*k1(i)+z(i)*k2(i)+...)/(y(i)+z(i)+...)

Where in this case are:
x(i): new H (or I) column values to be calculated
y(i), z(i), ...: B, D, F column values
k1(i), k2(i), ...: M, O, Q column values

Hence my doubt still resides on L, N, P column values... what are they for? That's what I asked for a manual detailed calculation for the first representative so as to try do find out what did you actually meant by "There are there KPI qualifiers OPH weight 10, FA weight 40 and IB 40".

So if the weight factors are those of column M, O, Q, then what are those of L, N, P? I'm still confused about it.

Regards!
