Spotting new rows of data

I have a report with rows of employee data on it, I need to run the same report at a later date and find a way of highlighting completely new rows of data or rows that were on the original report but have different information, any ideas??

Welcome to the forum.

Depends on your set up and data structure.
I'd recommend uploading sample workbook, showing before and after, clearly indicating your desired result. Along with what you are comparing against.

If unable to upload sample. There are plenty of samples in the forum and else where. That you can modify to suite your need.

Thanks Chihiro - I've added a file to try and illustrate my issue. I've added comments on the first tab to explain what my desired results would be.

Hmm, is it possible to add unique identifier to each row? That would make comparison so much easier to complete.

Otherwise, I'd need to know which column(s) can change between the two. I assume once property issued date is filled and employee assigned. It does not change. But need confirmation.
