Could you please help me how to split large text into different columns without breaking word and also the 1st column width should be 30 characters,2nd column width should be 30 characters, 3rd column width should be 25 characters,4th column width should be 20.

Hi, preetipatne!

This topic sounds very much like this one, started by you too.

http://chandoo.org/forums/topic/spilt-long-text-into-different-columns

I've answered on it the same day, a week ago, and I didn't get any response if it worked or not, or if you had any trouble.

FYI check this: http://chandoo.org/forums/topic/phd-forum-posting-rules-etiquette-pls-read-before-posting

It's the second sticky post in the main page at this forums... and guess what says in paragraph 14th...

"Cross Posting, generally it is considered poor practice to cross post, that is to post the same question on several forums in the hope of getting a response quicker.

If you do cross post, please put that in your post.

Also if you have cross posted and get an answer elsewhere, have the courtesy of posting the answer here so other readers can learn from the answer also, as well as stopping people wasting there time on your answered question."

... and in 16th?

"Quickly search the Web and Chandoo.org for help before posting. It is quite possible that your problem has been solved by someone else."

... and in 18th?

"If you post a question, check the answers and acknowledge the answer if correct or incorrect. We get a lot of posts with 1 answer and no feedback, so we're unsure if the answer is right or wrong or if the poster has even bothered to read the answer."

... and in 19th?

"Say "Thanks", whenever you can. Recognize when someone has bothered to go to the trouble and time to assist you with your question. Often readers will spend several hours working on a solution to a problem, a line of recognition will go a long way."

If you had any trouble while trying to implement it would have been more useful to ask for further help, or even for being sent an uploaded file (that in fact I have one, the one I used to test the formulas before posting), than opening a new identical crossed post topic without even acknowleding the first one.

Regards? hmmm...
