Split each ProjectID into separate file or separate tabs

In the attached file, I would like to extract each unique ProjectID (along with columns B and C) into a new Excel file. If this is not possible, is it possible to extract each unique ProjectID into a separate tab, all in the same file?

Basically I would end up with three new versions of this (in a separate file or in separate sheets) but each version would have a unique ProjectID.

Is this possible? I thought Power Query might be able to do this, but I don't see a way.

Yes like that. Did you use Pivot Table report filters?
