Split data from a table

I have quite a large table of data and need to split/extract certain data from the table based on certain criteiria based on a selectin in a list box. I'm no VBA expert so it makes it even more difficult to use formulas/functions to do this.the extracted data then needs to be displayed in a dashboard.


I'm willing to post the workbook for anyone how would like to takeup the challenge in showing me how to do this.
