specific criteria

Hi all

My manager wants me design a work sheet with few specifications.

I can not do the next step as i am clueless

EG

Cell A2 has a drop down list( there are 4 options) and If i click on a specific criteria in the drop down list.
I want excel to ignore column B and go to column C
