Sorting % of product

I have a raw data in a excel work book in that product name ,customer name , sales amount, sales rep.

Issues
Each product have different % of commission and each sales rep have different % of commission

How can I generate product wise and sales representative wise report ?

As SirJB7 has pointed out an upload of a sample file would help.
Can you turn your data in to a table with headers this would let you filter on many things to get the report you want.
