Sort data timewise 2. count values for eachhour

Please sort the attached file data by Timewise.

2. I need count hourly wise for a day.

3. Also guide that how can i make the hour group for time in pivot table`

Hi Ram,

See the file, I did some modification, the time was not a proper text neither a number so I generated the text value of time, and than sort it. Than on Sheet2 use pivot table to count.

Just check the data.

See the file. Column E & F is used to separate value of column B, than in column G, generated proper time. Than you can copy and paste value of column G in column B. That's it, than you can sort make pivot.
