for attached sheet I want to sort by cust name and want TOTAL at the end of each customer.

Also I want to split all the customer on diffrent sheet Alphabetically eg customer starts from A should go to first sheet, starts from B should go to B sheet like wise.

Using Excel or VBA both will do.

For first part of the question:

You can sort for the company's name and add subtotal to the amount.

For second part, you need to wait for some vba guy.

Attached spreadsheet has a couple of views. Just check if you prefer to have that. It's not exactly what you asked but thought you may be interested in presenting it that way. If you need it exactly the way you have described then need to look for an alternate solution.

Note: You need Excel 2010 or above for one of the components (Slicers) to work.
