Hi all,
I've read in several places solutions to call the 'SLOW WORKBOOK? unused formatting and metadata' check box that appears when you open a workbook, from within VBA as needed, but none seem to work.
I was wondering if the underlying code that Excel uses to optimise unused formatting and metadata can be artificially written into my VBA to have the same effect as clicking 'Check Performace' - does anyone have a version of this code that has the same effect?
many thanks, and have a great day whatever you are doing.
Stuart
