Slow Workbook Loading VBA

Hello,

I have a large workbook which takes a while to load and navigation between sheets isn't fast either. I cannot attach even as a zip file because it says "The uploaded file is too large.

How can I attach it?

Here is link thanks. The black shape top left click to go to Admin sheet where there are protection macros. No password required.

Workbook takes about a minute to load. Then from there navigating to sheets initially isn't quick until 2nd time navigating. Then the sheet load well. Yes this is tested in local disk.
 
I downloaded the file and it took about 15 seconds to open. Not bad for the size of the workbook. Then I scrolled through each sheet. Each opened immediately. The issue may not be the workbook, but it may be your machine or the version of excel you are operating. I am running an HP with an intel processor 11th gen i5 with 12 gigs of Ram. Windows 11 and O365.

I won't start to modify others codes - It has coded with Your syntax.

Thank you for testing. Although you had good results are there any areas that you would improve?
