my excel file works really slow. Do you have some tips how to find that part (sheet) of file which causes it?

Check if this file has got any links to external files. File opening/formula calculations generally make the file work very slow. Break those links if not required.

I have found that some links can be really stubborn and do not break through the normal excel command.
