Hello T100

Which type of Shapes you were inserted ok what ever it may be

When you don't want print the shapes then you have to select the shape and press the right click and in bottom side you will get a option named with "SIZE AND PROPERTIES" select that in there you will get some option size, properties, Alt text

go to Properties option there you will find check mark in the print object just remove the check mark and press ok. Now the shape is display in print mode

Did not know about this shortcut. Now I have another idea to try when all my shapes suddenly disappear! =P

Hi T100,

* Select All Cells (Click on Top Left Corner in between A & 1)

* Press Alt + E + G + S + B (Go to > Special > Object)

* When All Objects is the Sheet are selected.. Right Click any of them, and go to

Format Object > Properties > Print Objects.. (Uncheck)

* If you need to select only few of the shapes, then goto

Page layout > Selection Pane > selection and visibility Option.. Select only the Objects (by pressing CTRL) which you want to Show or Hide.. Or just Click the EYE on it to set its Visibility..

* Ctrl + 6 is shortcut for (Show All) option in the Selection & Visibility Pane.. as mentioned by aparvez..

Regards,

Deb
