simple worksheet for vehicle budget

need your help,..
I want to create a simple worksheet of vehicle budget. the case is there is 6 branch in my company, each branch have at least 10 kind of vehicle (tractor, truck, boat, etc), 1 kind vehicle consist of 7 to 10 vehicle. the problem is I have to plan budget cost for each vehicle (fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc) then alocate the total cost to 5 phase, 1 phase consist of 100 account cost, 5 phase its become 500 account, I try to make one but it become a bloated sheet and consume a lot pc resource (pc hang) when it came to calculate all cost of 6 branch. maybe you can suggest me a simple design for my worksheet.

Welcome Ari,

I'm not sure what you mean by different phases from your example, but here's a very basic idea to get you started perhaps.

Thank You for the example, phase is like a step to do a job, I do the similiar but 1 worksheet for 1 kind vehicle for 1 branch because I detailed for each vehicle like sample that I upload here. 1 worksheet for 1 kind vehicle, that consist 7-10 vehicle, I have 10 kind vehicle, so for 1 branch there is 10 worksheet, with 6 branch it become 60 worksheet. any idea to make it simple ? or i do it wrong ??
