Simple Weekly Analysis Help

Andyaf

New Member
Hi,

I need some help running a weekly change analysis on a set of data. On the file attached, the first week in the series starts with 5 data points.

As the weeks continue, certain numbers are removed while some colors change.

If possible, I’d like to create a formula that will allow me to identify (on a weekly basis) the changes in a data set (which data points are removed, which change color) compared to the previous week.

Can this be done?

Thanks for the help! :)

Hi,

I am not sure about the out put.
Can you check this as a start up?

Regards,
This is a great start, thanks for your input.

I failed to mention that sometimes, this list will be out of order. Using your file, I've uploaded a new file and switched the first two data items in week 2. Technically, no change has been made as they are still on the list. How can the excel sheet be updated to reflect this? Is there a way for the sheet to scan a range instead of just scanning one cell?

Thank You!

Oh...
it will become complicated,
the way i tried is only for single cell, not for the range.

I am not sure how to achieve but, let me try.
