Simple formula about large and vlookup

hello

Can anyone help me find the column number of the largest value in a set of values from A1:A7

I want to move some data from sheet1 to sheet2 using vlookup. but i want that to be the largest 3 numbers (only the largest 3) from the values in row 2:2

Sounds like an index/match thing.

The column number of the largest value in A1:A7 will always be 1 (column A). Otherwise, something like:

=MATCH(MAX(A1:F1),A1:F1,0)

Might be helpful.
