Simple Excel formula not returning accurate value (if <=)

Hello all -

Thank you so much for your help. I have what I hope is a simple thing question.

I am comparing 2 cells, and returning a 3 if it is true and a 1 if it is false (highlighted). The formula works in adjacent cells, but not in this one (L2).

your formula well works as M2 is really inferior to K2 ! Just compare the real values (so not in %) …​

You can easily mod your formula using the ROUND worksheet function for example.​

All you need to do to see @Marc L is correct in his assessment is to show an additional decimal place.
