Simple Code Needed - Copy cell to another sheet if criteria is met

Hello,

I appreciate all assistance in advance.

I am looking for a simple code to copy cells from one sheet to another sheet if certain criteria is met.

Basically, in sheet 'Raw Data' if cell AV3="Include" OR "Program" OR "DG", then copy cell T3 to sheet 'Issues Resolution' cell F9.

This would be refreshed on a monthly basis with updated raw data. The raw data has approximately 2700 rows. My expectation is that only about 250 will be pulled into the 'Issues Resolution' sheet.

The criteria part is Okay
(if You mean then if AV-column match any of those criteria?)
Then copy that row's T-column cell value to ... sheet 'Issues Resolution' F9-cell?
like: value1, value21, value35 ... that is possible!
Could You send sample file with sample example?
It needs 'Raw Data' T- and AV-columns, also 'Issues Resolution' F-column or maybe something else too?
