Showing double result

I have to enter LA Case data every day. There are some LA cases with double percentages like 3% and 6%. While I put the specific LA case with double percentages, I want to see the result "3% and 6%".

LA Case	Tax (%)	Result (I want to see)
13/2017-2018	3%	3% and 6 %
13/2017-2018	6%	3% and 6 %
14/2017-2018	3%	3%
