Show Progress vs. Location

I work for a pipeline contractor, and in order to do our work, we have multiple crews spread out "down the line" from Point A to Point B, all doing different activities. I am trying to find a way to show each crews, daily production in a graph or using conditional formatting, all based on location. For example, if the project we are working on is 10,000 feet long, and footage worked by each crew is turned in daily like, 0-100 on Monday, and 100-250 on Wednesday, then there is an area skipped and the crew works form 550-800 on Thursday, so on and so forth. So I want to be able to show the gaps where work had not been done yet. And all of this information is input on another tab in the file, showing the daily production.

If there is any way to do that, let me know please, I am in dire need.

Thanks

Are the areas worked constant in definition, or do they change? I.e, can the crew work 100-250 today, but then work 200-300 or 100-150 tomorrow?
