Show Items With No Data Not Working

Hello,


I am dealing with an issue in a pivot table. I want the pivot table to show items with no data, however, the table opiton will not allow me to check the box as teh section is "shaded". Any idea how to get around this (without having to use a vba code ideally)?

Welcome to the forum, You can add another column with staus that shows which one has value and which one has not. please see this file:
