Shorten the lengthy formula

Dear All,

I have taken the raw data of directory structure from the DOS prompt, inserted to excel and separated with date, time, memory of file size, file name and extension. These are separated in different columns. Pls see attachment.

In my file, the following queries are to be sorted.

1. In all the columns Trim is repeated. Is it possible to use trim function only once?
2. In Column E the formula seems too much lengthy. Is it can be shortened ?
3. Similarly, while taking with file size in column D, the result is not accurate. Pls see the highlighted portion. This is to be done with any formula as the file size (memory) is not constant. What will be the best possible option.

Awaiting your reply.
