I have any following value in excel cell a1
=<1.11,=<1,44,=<1.87,=<2.33
and i want in cell a2
When upto 1.11 Then 1....When 1.12 to 1.44, 3.... When 1.45 to 1.87 Then 6.... When 1.88 to 2.33 Then 8...
can i use choose how..?

Hi,
Make a helper Table in separate area of worksheet, say D2:E5 with input and output as shown in snap, this will help in maintaining the data:

=LOOKUP(A1,D2:D5,E2:E5)
