Shift allocation sheet

Hi All, I have a excel sheet with column names - Date, time, Resource.
Date column value is date from Jan 01 2025 to Dec 31 2025. Time values are 8 AM and 10 AM. For resource columns i have 8 names. The task is - for the first month first six resource should assign to 8 AM slot and 7th,8th resource should assign to 10AM slot. For the second month first 4 resources assign to 8 AM slot, 5th and 6th resource assign to 10 AM slot, 7th and 8th resource on 8AM slot. For Third month first two resources assign to 8 AM, 3rd and 4th to 10Am slot and remaining resources to 8 AM slot. Like this it will assign till dec month. Can anyone advise on this

THe same order will continue for Jan month and Feb Res E and Res F will be in 10 AM slot

Feb 01	8 AM	Res D
Feb 01	10 AM	Res E
Feb 01	10 AM	Res F
Feb 01	8 AM	Res G
Feb 01	8 AM	Res H

This order will continue for Feb month and for March Res C and D will be in 10 AM slot

Mar 01	8 AM	Res A
Mar 01	8 AM	Res B
Mar 01	10 AM	Res C
Mar 01	10 AM	Res D
Mar 01	8 AM	Res E, Res F, Res G, Res H

And for April Res A and Res B in 10 AM slot and others will be in 8 AM slot. From may again the Jan cycle will follow

Hi @pecoflyer pls find the attached sample sheet. Attached for Jan to Apr. The same order will repeat from May to Aug and Sep to Dec.
